King's Quest I: Quest For The Crown is a remastered version of the original game, which was developed by Roberta Williams and released for the first time in 1984. That video game was the first to allow you to move around and interact with a 2.5-dimensional world. Basically, it was the first modern graphic adventure as we recognize the genre today.
Unfortunately, King's Quest I: Quest For The Crown is extremely old-fashioned by today's standards, which is why AGD Team decided to remaster the game using the more attractive graphics and interface of the game King's Quest V.
Even though it may look different, at its core King's Quest I: Quest For The Crown is still the same graphic adventure that delighted thousands of players back in 1984. It tells the same story with the same characters, fantastic medieval setting, and sense of humor.
King's Quest I: Quest For The Crown is an outstanding graphic adventure that performs well in all aspects. Not only is this an authentic piece of video game history and culture, but it's actually a really fun game with noteworthy mechanics and a marvelous storyline.
